Monday morning we woke up, my Mom and Dad drove us to the airport, and were off to DC! It was a very strange/overwhelming feeling, but we were very ready to be done talking about it and actually do it!
The next week FLEW by! It was basically spent unpacking and trying to get settled in to our new city. Turns out, they don't put light fixtures in rooms here. So we got everything unloaded, our bed was covered in crap, and we discovered there was no light. Ha! So I mean, that was fun.

Sunday walk around the Jefferson Monument. It was a crazy week full of every emotion, but we are excited for this phase of life!
